You Must:

- Be able to read English.
- Have your recent Shoney’s receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.

- You will need to enter the 18-digit survey code located on your receipt from your recent visit.
- Once you have entered your survey code you will be given the opportunity to rate your experience by choosing a selection with radio buttons. These buttons may ask a yes or no question or may have a multiple-choice type answer for you to choose from. The answers that you provide Shoney’s is information that will assist in continuous customer satisfaction and any improvements that may be desired by customers. The questions may vary from satisfaction of your items ordered to, customer service from the Associate, to the appearance and cleanliness of the store. Before completion of the survey, you will be asked questions that relate to your demographic identity.
