The company will use the information you provide to improve their customer service, atmosphere of the store, and products. This survey is taken online for your convenience.

By taking part in this survey, you will have a chance to give important feedback about your recent experience at the store. The company really wants this feedback so they can understand what works and what doesn’t. They can then work on ways to improve and make the store better, giving you and other shoppers a better experience. As a small reward, you will receive $5 off your next $40 or more shop with Harvey’s Supermarket.

How to Take the Harvey’s Customer Experience Survey


You Must:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Have your recent receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.

Take By Online:

  1. Go to www.tellharveys.com.
  2. To read privacy policy, click the hyperlinks toward the bottom of the page. Otherwise, proceed to Step 3.
  3. Select your preferred language by clicking the appropriate button.
  4. Answer whether or not you are at least 18 years old and click Next. You must be 18 years old to participate in this survey.
  5. Enter the store number, day and time of your visit. This information can be found from your receipt.
  6. Answer questions about your recent experience. Please be honest and thorough and pay close attention to directions.
