You Will Need:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Have your recent Westlake Ace Hardware receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.

Take By Online:

  1. Go to www.talktowestlake.com.
  2. Make sure your printer is hooked up to the computer you are using and is turned on.
  3. To take the survey in Spanish, click the blue hyperlink in the lower left of the white area.
  4. Enter the 14-digit code from your receipt and click Start when ready.
  5. Answer questions about your recent visit. Be honest and thorough. When given the opportunity to type your own response, please do so.
  6. When you are finished with the survey, you will be asked to print a special coupon. Look at your receipt to see what the coupon is good for. You will not be allowed to email or save the coupon, so make sure the printer is ready.
