You Will Need:

- Be able to read English or Spanish.
- Have your recent Westlake Ace Hardware receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
Take By Online:
- Go to www.talktowestlake.com.
- Make sure your printer is hooked up to the computer you are using and is turned on.
- To take the survey in Spanish, click the blue hyperlink in the lower left of the white area.
- Enter the 14-digit code from your receipt and click Start when ready.
- Answer questions about your recent visit. Be honest and thorough. When given the opportunity to type your own response, please do so.
