The company wants this feedback so they can understand what works and what needs changed. You will also receive a coupon for five free wings on your next visit. Buffalo Wings & Rings is a sports bar that dared to go beyond the normal sports bar realm. The Cincinnati-based establishment offers menu items such as hot wings, salads, burgers, soups, wraps and many other items that you would expect to find at a normal sports bar. However, the establishment differs in the type of entertainment that it offers. The style of entertainment that visitors get is similar to that of a large nite club.

Buffalo Wings & Rings has about 300 employees and is a privately held establishment. Nader Masadeh, Haytham David and Philip Schram started the establishment in 1984. It has been bringing joy to the world ever since.

How to Take the Buffalo Wings & Rings Customer Satisfaction Survey


You Must:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Have your recent receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.

Take By Online:

  1. Go to www.TalktotheBuffalo.com.
  2. To take this survey in Spanish, click the blue hyperlink under the receipt diagram. Otherwise, proceed to Step 3.
  3. Enter the time and survey code from your receipt. Click the Start button when ready.
  4. Answer questions about your visit. Questions will be multiple choice and may allow more than one answer, so please read directions. Some questions will provide a text box; you will type in your answer. Please use these whenever possible.
  5. When finished, you will provide them with your email address. Within 48 hours after submitting, you will receive an email with a coupon. Follow directions to print the coupon and use it on your next visit. If you do not want to provide your email address, close the browser window. You will not receive a coupon, but you can still leave feedback.
