Another visit to my favorite RR on Sunflower in Santa Ana with outstanding customer service. Was attended by Alex who did a great job. Was visited by Wendy, the manager, who is warm and wonderful. Jorge also did a terrific job in his service duties. The whole staff is well-trained and well-prepared. My son and I had burgers using the BOGO deal (the food was delicious). When I got home, I noticed some discrepancies on my bill (the machine system malfunctioned) and called the following day to inquire. The server who took the call (Raquel?) instantly connected me with Wendy and she cleared everything up right away and made sure I was highly satisfied.
