The customer feedbacks obtained from the survey will help the restaurants gain good understanding of the expectations from the customers and things they can improve upon to provide an overall better dining experience to its loyal customer base.

How to Take the Portillo’s Guest Satisfaction Survey

- Anyone wishing to participate in the survey must be lawfully residing in the United States.
- The survey is open only to persons 16 years or older.
- Only one survey is admitted per receipt.
- The survey must be taken within 4 days of last visiting a Portillo’s outlet.
- The redeem code will remain valid for 3 months post the date of completion of the survey.
- The offer/survey reward cannot be traded for cash or combined with any other ongoing offers.
- Portillo’s employees and their close relatives are not allowed to take part in the guest satisfaction survey.

- Visit https://www.portillos.com/survey to start the survey.
- Enter the 20-digit survey invitation code that you will find in your purchase receipt.
- Choose whether you’ll like to take the survey in English or Spanish and then press the Start button.
- Answer the questions as they come in a step-by-step manner. You’ll be asked to rate your recent experience with Portillo’s regarding the food, service, staff, environment, health measures at the restaurant and more.
- If all your ratings do not qualify for the ‘Highly Satisfied’ category, you’ll be requested to post a comment in 1200 characters as to your expectations from the restaurant and how you think the company can provide a better experience to its customers.
- You’ll also be requested to answer some specific questions such as the type of your order (Dine-in, Delivery, Takeout, Delivery); items your ordered; the likelihood of you recommending Portillo’s to others in the next 30 days as also of your return to the restaurant during the same period; the number of people in your party; number of times you’ve visited a Portillo’s restaurant in the last 30 days; and so on.
- At the end of all, the only personal detail you’ll be asked for is your age and that’s all you’ve done finishing the survey.
