The company uses the information gathered from these surveys to decide how well customers like their food, and customer service. This survey is done online for your convenience.

Taking this survey will give you an opportunity to tell the restaurant what you liked and what you didn’t. If you had a problem, they will want to know what it was and if it was corrected or not. You will enjoy the fact that your opinion matters and the company will get the knowledge they need in order to improve their stores. Look at your receipt to see if you can earn a small reward for participating.

P.F. Chang’s, the Chinese American, casual dining restaurant, was founded in 1993 by Paul Fleming (namesake for the “P.F.”) and Philip Chiang (namesake for “Chang”) in Scottsdale, Arizona where is still headquartered. The restaurant serves chicken, seafood, and meat dishes and an assortment of specialty and regular beverages to its dinner quests -some locations offer delivery service and ordering out options.

How to Take the P.F. Chang’s Customer Experience Survey


You Must:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Have your recent P.F. Chang’s receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.

Take By Online:

  1. Go to www.PFChangsfeedback.com.
  2. Enter the survey code from your receipt. This should be 15 numbers. Once you click in the first text box, you can continue typing until all your numbers are entered. Click Start when finished.
  3. Answer questions. These questions will usually ask you to rate your experience, whether you were thanked, and if you will return or tell others about the restaurant. Please be honest when answering. If you had problems, you may be shown a text box where you can explain the problem and what, if anything was done.
  4. When finished, you will be asked to enter information into a form in order to enter a sweepstakes to win a $100 weekly PF Chang’s gift card or a $1,000 monthly cash prize.
