The ARAMARK Guest Experience Survey, found at www.Myguestexperience.com, is an online questionnaire designed by ARAMARK finds out how happy customers are with the business’s merchandise and services that are offered. The business will use the data provided by you and others to make changes to their merchandise, customer care, and general ambiance in the store. This survey is done online for your convenience.
If you take this survey, you will have your voice heard. You can tell them anything you wish about your experience and they will listen. They particularly want to know the bad experiences you have had because this enables them gain knowledge as to what is wrong with their stores. Then they can work on making changes to fix those problems. They are also interested in what went right on your visit so they can understand what works. You will also receive a chance to win a $250 Chase gift card.

You Must:

- Be able to read English or Spanish.
- Have your recent ARAMARK receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.

- Go to www.Myguestexperience.com.
- Read the short paragraphs. See rules and regulations for the sweepstakes here as well. Either select enter survey code if you have a code or search by state. Click the arrow with the word “next” inside to continue.
- Answer questions regarding your experience. These will help you rate your experience and they should be answered honestly. Use text boxes when appropriate to include extra information.
- Enter the sweepstakes. They will ask you for contact information, such as email address, name, and phone number. More info may be requested. This will need to be filled out completely.
