The Lowe’s Customer Satisfaction Survey on www.lowes.com/survey is an online survey presented by Lowe’s that allows customers a chance to leave feedback about their most recent shopping experience. The company uses this information to help meet your needs and those of others. This is an online survey and mail, so you can do it at your leisure. By participating in this survey, you will give the company valuable feedback that they will use to improve services and products. As a reward for participating, you will receive an entry into a sweepstakes for a $500 Lowe’s gift card.

Who’s sponsoring the Lowes Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes?

The Sweepstakes is being sponsored by Lowe’s Companies, Inc. (Sponsor/Lowe’s/We/Our) and will be administered by Cohen-Friedberg Associates LLC, of Framingham, MA 01702 (Administrator). Our main headquarters is at 1000 Lowes Blvd., Mooresville, NC 28117.

When is the Lowes Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes?

The Lowes Customer Satisfaction Survey $500 Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes) will be a monthly drawing starting on January 29, 2022 at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“Start Date”). The Sweepstakes will end on the last drawing period on February 3, 2023 at 11:59:59 P.M. Eastern Time. The starting and ending periods shall be referred to as “Sweepstakes Period”.

Who’s eligible?

All legal residents of Washington, D.C. and the United States 18 years old and older, and at the age of majority in the participant’s residence state at the time of entry are eligible to join. All individuals, including but not limited to employees, interns, independent contractors, and consultants who have been employed with or performed services for the Sponsor or Administrator (known hereinafter as “Sweepstakes Entities”) or any other organizations who are affiliated with the Sweepstakes sponsorship, administration, fulfillment, advertisement, promotion, or prize support within six (6) months before the Start Date are not eligible to join or win.

Participants who are household and immediate family members of such individuals are also ineligible to join or win. “Household Members” shall refer to people who share or reside in the same residence for a minimum of three (3) months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall refer to parents, step-parents, children, step-children, legal guardians, spouses, siblings, or step-siblings. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.


Entries must include all the required information to be considered eligible to win. If entries are incomplete, unintelligible, or unreadable, they shall be disqualified. Entries that are generated by means of a script, macro, or automatically shall also be disqualified.

Participants to the Sweepstakes must own or be authorized to use the email address indicated in the entry by the Start Date. In case of a dispute involving the identity of the winner, the person whose name is in the email account of the email address shall be considered the winner.

There is no need to purchase any product or service to join or win the Sweepstakes. Purchase does not increase any chances of winning.

How do I enter?

To enter the Sweepstakes, Customers can:

  • Complete an online customer satisfaction survey at http://www.lowes.com/survey after receiving a receipt generated by the cash register that contains an internet address;
  • Hand-print a 4″x5″ card, indicating their complete name, street address (P.O. Boxes are not allowed), city, state, ZIP code, age, daytime phone number, and, if available, email address. The card must be inserted in an envelope and send by mail to: Lowe’s 2022-23 Customer Satisfaction $500 Monthly
    Survey Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2274, Framingham, MA 01703-2274 USA.

All mailed entries to the Sweepstakes must be postmarked and received on or before the dates of the drawing schedule. Neither the Sponsor nor the Administrator shall be held responsible for any lost, late, mutilated, stolen, or postage paid for the entries.

After the survey is completed, participants will receive one (1) entry automatically to the corresponding monthly Sweepstakes, regardless of the entry process used. Entry shall be limited to one (1) per month per participant or email address, regardless of the entry method used. Only one (1) prize per household or person shall be awarded over the Sweepstakes Period. Entries shall not be retained for inclusion in the subsequent monthly drawings.

Once entries and other materials are submitted, they shall be considered the Sponsor’s property, and they shall not be returned or acknowledged. Entries that exceed the Sweepstakes’ entry limitations shall disqualify the Entrant at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

What are the prizes?

Every month during the Sweepstakes Period, five (5) prizes amounting to $500 USD each will be awarded to the winners.

When and how are winners selected?

The winners will be selected through a random drawing based on the schedule that the Sweepstakes Administrator listed. Winners shall only be chosen from eligible entries received during each of the entry periods per month within the Sweepstakes Period.

How does a winner claim a prize?

All prize winners shall be notified via telephone, overnight mail, and/or email, whichever is appropriate. The winner will then have to respond to the notification as directed within seven (7) business days after the date of notification. Failure to respond to notifications within the prescribed period shall forfeit the participant’s claim to the prize. The Administrator will then randomly choose an alternate winner, which shall be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

Where can I see who won this Sweepstakes?

A list of the monthly Sweepstakes prize winners may be requested through the mail by sending a self-addressed and stamped envelope to Winners List, Lowe’s 2022-2023 Customer Satisfaction $500 Monthly Survey Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2312, Framingham, MA 01703-2312. Residents of VT are not required to provide return postage.

What about rights, privacy, and future contact?

Entrants who participate in the Sweepstakes are bound by the official rules and decisions made by the Sponsor and the Administrator. The decisions shall be considered legally binding and final in all respects. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants shall not hold liable the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiary companies, units, divisions, advertising and promotions agencies, and prize suppliers, along with their respective directors, officers, representatives, agents, and employees, and each of the individuals and companies’ respective assigns, representatives, and successors (“Indemnified Parties) for any and all actions and claims (including third party claims, loss, damage, or injury) arising directly, indirectly, or in any manner relating to or from this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation, acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

Entrants to the Sweepstakes shall also authorize the use of their name, likeness, city, state of residence, biographical data, voice, and entry materials in promotional or programming material on a winner’s list or worldwide in perpetuity, if applicable, without requiring or demanding further compensation unless it is prohibited by law.


The Official Rules governing the 2022-2022 Lowes Customer Satisfaction Survey shall constitute the whole and entire agreement between Lowe’s and each Sweepstakes entrant regarding any and all aspects relating to the Sweepstakes. The interpretation, validity, construction, and enforceability of the Sweepstakes and its Official Rules shall be covered and governed by the laws of the state.
