The company will use the information you provide to help them improve their products, the atmosphere of the store, and even their customer service. The survey can be done online for your convenience.
If you participate in this survey, you will have an opportunity to leave valuable and important feedback about your recent experiences. The company really wants this feedback so they can understand what works and what doesn’t. Then, they can work on ways to improve areas to give you and other shoppers a better experience. How to Take the Kum & Go Customer Feedback Survey
You Must:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English or Spanish.
- Have your recent receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Take By Online:
- Go to www.Kumandgo.com/survey.
- To take the survey in Spanish, click the hyperlink at the top. Otherwise, go to Step 3.
Type your code from your receipt into the text box. Select your age range, gender and whether or not you purchased fuel. - The entire survey is on one page, so answer the short questionnaire. You will be asked multiple choice questions, and be asked to rate your experiences. Please follow directions and read questions carefully.
- At the end of the survey, you will have a chance to type in any extra details.
