How to Take the Helzberg Diamonds Customer Satisfaction Survey


You Must:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Have your recent Helzberg receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
  • Be 18 years of age or older to participate.


  1. Go to www.Helzbergfeedback.com.
  2. If you prefer to take the survey in Spanish, click the blue hyperlink in the lower right-hand corner.
  3. From your receipt, locate the transaction number, date of visit, store, register and time. There is a helpful diagram to assist you. Click start when ready.
  4. Answer questions about your visit. Please be as honest as you can and take your time, as this is the way the company will change bad habits. Pay close attention to directions, as some questions will allow more than one answer. Use text boxes whenever possible to give extra information.
  5. When finished with the survey, you will receive a validation code to redeem the offer printed on your receipt and the opportunity to enter the Helzberg Diamonds Feedback Sweepstakes.
