The Glen’s Customer Survey, found at www.Glenssurvey.com, is an online questionnaire designed by Glen’s that helps determine customer approval of products and services offered by the company. The company will use that information to improve and update their products, customer service and atmosphere in the store. Take the questionnaire online for extra convenience.
Participating in this survey gives you a chance to voice your opinion. Whether you had a great experience or a not so good one, the company wants to know so they can understand what works and what needs to be changed. They want each customer to have a great experience in their store, so it is important for them to know what people like. You can also enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win one $1,000 SpartanNash gift card.
How to Enter the Glen’s Customer Survey
You Will Need:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English or Spanish.
- Have your recent Glen’s receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Enter By Online:
- Go to www.Glenssurvey.com.
- Look at your receipt and find the 18-digit survey number printed toward the middle or bottom of the receipt. Enter those digits into the text boxes provided. You will not need to “tab over” to the next box; simply type them all in and it will automatically move to the next box when necessary. Click Start when ready.
- Answer the questions on each page. Most questions will ask a question and give you responses to choose from. Select the appropriate answer. Others will ask something and give you a text box to type in your information. Please use these whenever possible.
- When you are finished with the questionnaire, you will be asked to enter the sweepstakes. If you don’t want to, close your browser window. Otherwise, follow direction and enter your information.
