The Five Below Customer Satisfaction Survey, found at www.FiveBelowsurvey.com, is an online questionnaire designed by Five Below that gives customers a chance to rate their satisfaction of products and services the company offers. This information that you provide will be used by the company to improve in all areas of the store. Examples include customer service, and atmosphere of the stores. This is an online survey; you can take it whenever you have time.
If you participate in this survey, you will be able to leave important feedback that the company needs. This is a great way to voice your opinion, whether good or bad, and know your feedback makes a difference. You will also have a chance to enter a monthly drawing for a gift card to Five Below for $100.
About Five Below
Five Below is a chain of discount stores, selling a wide variety of products all under $5, hence the name. Many of the company’s 440 stores are located in college towns, and the chain caters mostly to teens and pre-teens.
The first Five Below store was founded just outside Philadelphia in 2002, with more stores opening across the south east and Midwest over the next decade. The chain sells greeting cards, electronics, books and DVDs, school supplies, arts and crafts, and drinks and candy. Five Below is also known for its philanthropy, and has donated $100,000 for the victims of super storm sandy.
How to Take the Five Below Customer Satisfaction Survey
You Must:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English or Spanish.
- Have your recent Five Below receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Take By Online:
- Go to www.FiveBelowsurvey.com.
- Enter the state where you visited from the drop-down menu. Then choose the store you visited.
- Next, enter the date (either type it into the box or use the helpful calendar tool) and the amount you spent, rounded up to the nearest dollar. Click next when ready.
- You will see questions pertaining to your visit. Please answer them honestly and thoroughly.
- When text boxes are provided, please use them to give a better idea to the company of your experience. To move to the next screen, you will click Next.
- After answering some demographic information (gender, birth year, etc.), you will have a chance to enter the drawing. If you do not wish to enter the drawing, do not type in your information and click submit.
