The DEALS Customer Satisfaction Survey, found at www.Dealsfeedback.com, is an online questionnaire designed by DEALS that allows the company to rate their customers’ experience with the store. They will only use this information to see what their customers are saying and to improve in areas that need improvement. This survey is done online for your convenience.
If you take this survey, you will be able to leave your feedback. This gives you a voice and you will be able to tell them what you like, don’t like, and other comments about the store. The company wants you to tell them what you like and don’t like so they can understand what their customers need and want. They can’t improve if they don’t know what areas need work. You will also be entered 10 times for a chance to win $1,000 cash and possibly win other great prizes valued at $1,500.

How to Take the DEALS Customer Satisfaction Survey
You Must:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English or Spanish.
- Have your recent Deals receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Take By Online:
- Go to www.Dealsfeedback.com.
- For Spanish, click the dark orange large arrow. Otherwise, proceed to Step 3.
- You will be entering four items from your receipt. These include the store number, the total amount you spent, date and time of visit. When ready, click the Enter button.
- Answer questions about your experience. There will be an array of question types, so make sure to read directions before starting each section. Please be honest when answering.
- Enter the sweepstakes. With one entry, you will receive 10 chances to win cash. They also have an instant win game where you could win many great prizes. You will be notified immediately if you have won.
