How to Take the Albertsons Customer Satisfaction Survey
You Must:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English or Spanish.
- Have your recent Albertsons receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Take By Online:
- Go to www.albertsons.com/survey.
- When you are redirected to the site, you will be asked to enter the state and store number of your visit. Enter the state first, and the available stores will automatically populate. Make sure the store number populated is the same one as on your receipt. There is a diagram above the text boxes to help you.
- Enter the date of your visit, which is also on your receipt and select Next when ready.
- There will be a short series of questions for you to answer about your recent experiences. Please answer these honestly. When text boxes are present, please use these, if possible.
- When finished with the survey, you will be asked to enter the sweepstakes. If you do not want to enter, simply close your browser window. If you want to enter the sweepstakes, follow directions and enter the appropriate information.
