The Pick ‘n Save Customer Satisfaction Survey, found at www.Picknsaveexperience.com, is an online survey designed by Pick ‘n Save that tells the company how satisfied their customers are. Information from the survey is used in many different ways to make improvements in and around the store. This survey is done online for your convenience.
If you take this survey, you are helping the company find out if there are any problems in their stores. However, you can also help yourself. The company is offering a small reward for taking the survey. You should look to your receipt for more information, or talk with an associate in the store. You will be given the opportunity to enter the monthly customer satisfaction survey drawing for a chance to win one of five a $50 gift cards.
How to Take the Pick ‘n Save Customer Satisfaction Survey
You Will Need:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English or Spanish.
- Have your recent receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Take By Online:
- Go to www.Picknsaveexperience.com.
- If you prefer to take the survey in Spanish, click on the blue hyperlink at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, go to step 3.
- Enter the date and time of your visit in the boxes provided. You will also need to enter the store number (four digits), lane number (two digits) and the transaction number (four digits). All of this is found on your receipt. Click Start when you are ready.
- Answer questions about your experience. Please use honesty and be thorough in your answers.
- Enter the sweepstakes. Fill in the short form and follow the directions to enter both sweepstakes.
