By providing information on your visit, it will enable The Pantry to improve areas that are important to you as the customer. This may be in the product, service or the location itself. Upon completion of your survey you will be entered into the current sweepstakes and be given a validation code that you may redeem for the offer on your receipt.

How to Take the PANTRY Guest Satisfaction Survey
