The PANTRY Guest Satisfaction Survey, can be accessed at www.mypantryfeedback.com. This will be an online survey to obtain information about your experience at The Pantry Restaurant. By providing information on your visit, it will enable The Pantry to improve areas that are important to you as the customer. This may be in the product, service or the location itself. Upon completion of your survey you will be entered into the current sweepstakes and be given a validation code that you may redeem for the offer on your receipt.
How to Take the PANTRY Guest Satisfaction Survey
You Will Need:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English.
- Have your recent PANTRY receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.

- You will need you receipt to enter in the date, time, amount purchased and your survey code.
- The questions you will be asked in the survey will pertain to the satisfaction you had with the products that you ordered, the service you received and the overall satisfaction and comfort you had during your visit. The questions may appear as yes or no, or multiple choice. Depending on your answers you may be given a text box to write a response in your own words. This information is very valuable to The Pantry to continuously exceed all of their customers expectations.
- It is important to fill out your survey in a timely manner. As it may expire within 60 days from your visit. The Pantry values your opinion and will review all your responses to provide outstanding customer satisfaction.
