How to Take the Wheeler Insurance Customer Survey
You Will Need:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English.
Take By Online:
- Go to www.Myagentlistens.com.
- Read the short blurb about the survey and click start.
- Answer about your recent doings with the insurance company and click Continue.
- Rate the statements provided using their scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree.
- Select the agent that helped you with your claim or with whatever your needs were.
- Answer questions about the agent, such as if they returned your calls, gave you complete information and whether they worked efficiently to help you. You are still using the scale from earlier.
- Answer whether you still have questions. If you answer yes, you will be provided a text box. Please use this area to express your questions and concerns.
- Answer whether you are happy with the insurance company and if you would recommend them to others.
- Tell the company, in your own words, about your experience with the company and the specific agent you used. This is required. Below the text box are some examples of what you might want to talk about. To allow the company to use your responses, check the box at the bottom. You are not required to check this box. Scroll down to the bottom to click continue,
- You will receive some sort of gift for participating. This can be a donation, gift cards or a movie ticket. Select the option you prefer. Follow directions on the next page and enter the information required.
