The Mozo Guest Survey, found at, is an online questionnaire designed by Mozo that can improve customer satisfaction. You are allowed to take this survey online for convenience.

How to Take the Mozo Guest Survey

You Will Need:

  • Have access to a computer and Internet access.
  • Be able to read English.
  • Have your recent Mozo receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.

Take By Online:

  1. Go to
  2. Select whether you shopped online or by telephone.
  3. For either option, select where you are specifically located and click the large next button.
  4. Answer whether you would recommend the company by using the scale they provide, with ten being extremely likely.
  5. Answer questions about navigation and ordering, such as if the website was organized, if products were available and how easy the process of ordering was.
  6. Answer whether you used any support service, such as phone, email or chat.
  7. Answer questions about the products you ordered, such as if everything was correct in the order and if it arrived on time.
  8. Answer a few more questions that are multiple choice.
  9. Use the “thoughts” section to include any extra information, complaints, suggestions or compliments. This is your time to really tell the company how you feel. Please use this box, even though it is optional. If you don’t want to enter anything, just click next.
  10. You are required to enter your contact information in case they need to contact you about any problems. You will be asked your name, email address and a phone number where you can be reached in the daytime. You can uncheck the box underneath that says you want information about their company. When you are finished entering your contact information, click done.
