How to Take the Heraeus Feedback Survey
You Must:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English.
- Have your recent Heraeus receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
Take By Online:
- Go to Heraeusfeedback.com.
- Click Begin Survey when you have read the web page.
- Rate your experience at the store and also how likely you will go there again and click Next.
- Rate your representative with the store. You can also give their name and any comments you want. This is optional, but it can be very helpful and is requested.
- Next, answer how satisfied you were with the product. Again, you can enter the product name and comments.
- They would like to use your responses on their Facebook page. However, you must select yes in order for them to do this. If you select no, they cannot put your responses online.
Answer how you heard about the survey. - If you would like to keep up with news and promotions, provide your name, address, email and phone number. You can also join their mailing list. Click Submit Info when finished for your feedback to be saved.
