How to Take the Cashland Customer Satisfaction Survey
You Will Need:

- Have your recent Cashland receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.

- Enter the survey code from the bottom of your survey invitation from Cashland. This code should be five digits. Click the Start button when ready.
- Answer questions. These questions will help you explain about your experience. You should be honest and thorough when answering. Read through directions and follow them. You will receive questions in multiple choice format, though you may also be asked to write out your answer with a text box.
- Enter the sweepstakes. You can enter for a chance to win $500 cash. Please follow directions. You will be asked for some contact information, like your name and email address.
