- Have your recent Cash America receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.

- Go to www.Cashamericalistens.com.
- Enter the survey code from your receipt. This should be five digits and should be at the bottom of the receipt. Click Start.
- Answer questions. These questions are there to help you rate the experience you had. Some will be multiple choice some will rate the moment using a scale. Others will provide a text box. Whenever a text box is available, please use this to provide as much information as you can. Please be honest when answering the questions and ensure you read the entire question and all the answers.
